Warehouse Night Operative Ipswich

Our client based in Ipswich is looking for 1 x night warehouse sorter.
Start date Monday 30th November for ongoing work till January.

£10.50 per hour PAYE
Monday to Friday – 4am to 8am.

This role will be processing outbound shipments and will require you to input information into a computerised system to generate labels. There will be a degree of loading parcels, and organising parcels according to postcode areas. Possible permanent position after successful trial period.

Keep passageway wide and clear for pallets-jacks to move easily
Report damages and check the expiry dates
Work as part of a team and assist your co employees
Supervisor is to double check the order before taking the slip to Invoicing
Out of stock items to be recorded in Short Register
Ensure that stock rotation is done before picking
Ensure that stock is picked from open boxes before opening new boxes
Ensure that work areas are kept clean and neat
