  • Should have 3-6 years UAE Restaurants Experience.
  • Should have computer knowledge and managerial skills.
  • Manage the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and customer relationship.
  • Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
  • Constantly maintain and observe consistency and quality of all foods served to the customers.
  • Check on Chef and other staffs to maintain FOH stock levels, avoiding spoilage and minimize cost to avoid wastage of Food,
  • Ensure the proper use of inventory items and sufficient supplies of items .
  • Train and develop employees through ongoing feedback, and by conducting performance reviews.
  • Continues work on Sales improvement and branch management.
  • Should be a Team leader.
