- Should have 3-6 years UAE Restaurants Experience.
- Should have computer knowledge and managerial skills.
- Manage the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and customer relationship.
- Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
- Constantly maintain and observe consistency and quality of all foods served to the customers.
- Check on Chef and other staffs to maintain FOH stock levels, avoiding spoilage and minimize cost to avoid wastage of Food,
- Ensure the proper use of inventory items and sufficient supplies of items .
- Train and develop employees through ongoing feedback, and by conducting performance reviews.
- Continues work on Sales improvement and branch management.
- Should be a Team leader.
