Our client in the agricultural industry is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team. Our client mainly supplies fertilizer and other inputs to the agricultural sector. They are looking for a person who tackles tasks with initiative and a positive attitude, someone who is willing to go the extra mile, has a strong personality and has ambition.

Duties & Responsibilities

– Provide office support for sales staff

– Assist in compiling and sending out price lists

– Check prices on orders and invoices

– Send out quotes to customers

– Act as link between factory, sales and finances

– Organise transport for delivery of products

– Keep customers informed of deliveries and follow up after deliveries have taken place

– Take care of after-sales service

– Attend to inventory control

– Provide general administration assistance with regard to sales

– Attend to sales reports

– Assist with retail administration

Desired Experience & Qualification

– Grade 12

– Qualification in administration / sales

– Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similiar role

– Computer literate, especially with Excel, SAP experience is a bonus
