Receptionist / Employee Benefit Administrator

Our client in the Financial Services Industry is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Employee Benefit Administrator to join their established brokerage.

Reception duties including answering the switchboard, diverting calls, taking messages, and dealing with client queries
Assisting with claims including disability, dread disease and retirement claims
Attending to monthly tenant accounts
Assisting with tax certificates
Providing admin reports on a monthly basis
Ad hoc duties including keeping the first aid box stocked, office birthdays, post, the attendance register and managing orders for the office

Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with new and long standing clients
High attention to detail when dealing with claims
Versatile and willing to attend to various duties
Proficient, meticulous and hardworking
Previous experience in a similar role
Professional and well-presented
