Receptionist/ Switchboard Operator

Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:

The tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Answering a busy switchboard
2. General administration duties
3. Front office client liaison
4. General secretarial duties
5. Assisting with travel arrangements
6. Meeting facility co-ordination


Minimum Requirements:
. Matric Certificate
. Minimum 3 years related experience as a Receptionist
. Sound knowledge of MS office packages (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Attention to detail is a critical requirement
. Ability to work independently
. Ability to prioritize
. Telephone etiquette
. Peoples person
. Ability to accept constructive criticism
. Excellent office administration skills and the ability to work under pressure
. Must be well spoken and presented
. Must have a stable career history
