What does the role involve?
Answer incoming/outgoing calls in a positive and friendly manner, in accordance with the rules determined, coordination between the company and customers will be your daily responsibilities. You’ll be providing guidance and following-up to relevant units when necessary.
You will be monitoring customer service workflow and handling customer CCN’s on time as well as regularly tracking KPI’s and preparing periodic reports
You’ll be supporting new transformation projects and improving processes in cooperation with internal units from Voice of Customer perspective for better customer experience,

What you need is:
- Diploma/Degree is a plus or currently studying towards
- Excellent English spoken and written
- Good command of MS Office applications, especially in Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills,
- Team work orientation and skilled in working with cross-functions,
- Analytical minded, result-oriented and proactive,
- Customer-centric approach,
- Preferably have experience of SAP,
- Determined, energetic and responsible personality,
- Systematic, good at follow-up and prioritization,
