Job Description

We are looking for a good Hotel Manager to fully run a 130 room Hotel with 10 Conference Venues. The manager must be equally experienced and capable of managing both Rooms Divison and F&B Operations. Will report to the General Manager and Operations Manager of the Resort. Proven stable track record and contactable references required. The position is available from January 2021.

Skills and Requirements

Micros/Opera literate. Strong with Budgets and Controls within all departments. Exceptional Guest relations skills. Exceptional Staff Management Skills. A proven track record within a similar position at a similar-sized property/venue.

Qualifications

  • Formal Hotel/Hospitality Management Diploma/Degree an advantage but not essential if proven track record in a similar role.
