Corporate Relationship Manager

Purpose

To market and sell Cartrack products & services by offering the Cartrack value proposition and a ROI concept to various commercial customers. The Commercial Relationship Manager must ensure that sales and revenue targets in a specified area are met. The “CRM” will have the skill set to Manage key accounts, build and maintain long term relationships with clients and maximise sales opportunities within them. The ideal candidate must be target driven, self-starter and motivated to succeed.

Core Outputs and Responsibilities:
Identifying, calling and selling the company products and services to potential commercial customers.
Develop technical knowledge within various commercial sectors in order to offer a complete value added solution to potential customers
Understand the value of a full fleet solution and have an in-depth understanding of Cartrack’s value added products and services
Developing long-term customer relationships in order to promote and reinforce value propositions.
Identifying Key commercial customers with high revenue potential
Identifying opportunities to grow the market share
Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets through planning and executing plans for key commercial customers.
Obtaining complete knowledge of competitor products and markets.

Experience Required

3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Consultant/Representative/New Business Development
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs, i.e. solution selling!
Valid drivers licence
