Job Description:

We are looking for an accountable cashier to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Handle cash transactions with customers

· Collect payments

· Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets

· Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones

· Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

· Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments

· Maintain clean and tidy payment areas

· Keep reports of transactions

· Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

· Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

· Scan documents to relevant departments

· Scan all invoices accordingly

· Send daily emails to relevant departments

· General Admin

Minimum Requirement:

· Have few years of similar experience

· High school certificate

· Skills and Attribute

· Excellent communication skills

· Hard working, reliable and able to work fast

· Can manage customers

· Able to handle stressful situations

· Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc)

· Strong communication and time management skills

· Customer satisfaction-oriented

· Documentation Skills, Data Entry Skills

· Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Attention to detail and mathematical skills
