SYSPRO Credit Administrator Clerk, Ormonde West (JHB), R11 500 ctc

Matric/Grade 12 (Tertiary Qualification – Advantageous)
2-3 years’ experience in the same/similar role required (Administration/Finance)
Understanding of the debtors’ function
Computer Literate (Syspro, MS Outlook, MS Excel)
Good communication skills (telephone etiquette/verbal and written)
Excellent administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Disciplined work ethic: Punctual, strong attendance record
Ability to work extended hours during month-end and year-end processing

The purpose of the job is to perform the Administration function within the finance department.

Ensure copies of (GBS) Goods Back in Store documents are attach to relevant documents for be processing
Prepare credit notes for processing
Trace and attain required supporting documentation (phone stores, drivers, etc)
Monitor and ensure correct branch numbers allocated on GRVs (to be matched for 100% payment at month-ends)
Insert and amend Syspro notes on Customer accounts as directed by credit control team
General departmental admin and filing
Ability to process credit notes and assist credit controllers as required at month-end
