We are looking for an experienced person to assist with administrating short term clients, life policies as well as Investments

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel. Experience in short term administration will be an advantage.


Duties and Responsibilities

• Additional investments for clients

• Make retirement annuities paid up

• Withdrawals

• Section 14 transfers

• Change beneficiary, debit order etc.

• Download tax certificates and schedules

• Do quotes on various life platforms

• Do quotes on various short term platforms

• Handling of life and short term claims

• Assist with all documentation and administration regarding life, short term and investments

• Any ad hoc tasks requested

Required Skills

  • insurance products : 3 to 4 years
  • short term experience : 3 to 4 years
  • life policies and investments : 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements


• 5 years’ experience working with Short term administration and claims

• Experience in life policies and investments

• Excellent computer skills

• Knowledge of Excel

• Fully bilingual – Afrikaans and English

• Presentable and neat appearance
